During the summer, the house is available for weekly rentals beginning and ending on Saturdays. Off-season (October through May) you can check in or out any day of the week with a three night minimum stay on weekends and a two night minimum stay during the week. The availability calendar is maintained on a separate web page and can be accessed from the link above. Please note that the calendar shows the NIGHTS that are booked. You can depart on the morning of a day that is booked. Check in time for weekly rentals is 3pm and check out time is 10am in order to allow time for the house to be cleaned. Reservations are not confirmed and rates are not guaranteed until a deposit is received. If you inquire about a week for which we are expecting a deposit we will let you know. In addition, if we are expecting a deposit from you and someone else inquires about the same dates we will also try to let you know and give you an opportunity to forward your deposit within 48 hours. |
