Great Island is located in Point Judith Pond. It is connected by a small bridge to the Port of Galilee. Since the bridge is the only way on or off the island it tends to make the island a quiet refuge. There is no reason to be on the island unless you are staying there or unless you simply want to enjoy its serenity. |
